Gabriel holds master’s degree (Merit) in International Accounting and Finance from Heriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Stella Maris Polytechnic University. An accomplished Financial and Grant Management Professional with over 11 years’ Finance, Audit, Quality Assurance, Grant Management and high-level of financial fiduciary experience in International development. He is technically skilled in supporting multi-year projects funded by variety of institutional donors including DFID, EU, ECHO, IRISH AID, USAID, SIDA, UN Agencies, OFDA, World Bank and Global Fund and as such highly conversant in their respective rules and regulations.

He brings hands on expertise in providing technical support to diverse teams and sub-award monitoring to ensure that all project deliverables are successfully met on schedule and within budget constraints. His experiences are merged in the requisite communication skills for providing strategic guidance and problem-solving in project leadership, capacity building, strong relationships with partner organizations, and compliance with award terms and conditions including programmatic, financial, and contractual deliverables.

Before joining the Development aid sector, Gabriel worked 5 years in external audit consulting services as Senior Audit Associate. An experience that is strategic oversight and review of audit quality control and technical accounting and auditing leadership of the audit practice for both PKF Liberia and Parker and Associates, CPAs and Business Advisers. Experienced in financial statements audit, financial due diligence, internal controls, special investigations, financial accounting advisory and reporting accountant services. Worked with a diverse group of multinationals and international organizations.
