He is a certified HR Business Partner with over 13 years of solid professional experience working with distinct Corporate and International non-governmental Organizations in West Africa.

His achievements in the following were commendable in all Organizations that he worked for: Development of systems; standard policies and procedures; establishment of robust HR and Operations systems; conducted several workshops on key Human Capital areas.

He is a result oriented and seasoned HR Professional with distinctive career in Human Resource Management including full responsibility for HR strategies, programs and initiative.

His broad-based HR and Operations experience within diverse Institutions includes the development, design and execution of Human Resource Programs and Systems to support organizational goals.
